Where to I register?

I am having problems registering.
- If you are receiving a “Contact Webmaster” error it could mean that you are already registered on the platform. You can reset your password here: https://elearnconnect.com/my-account/lost-password/
- The above error could also be due to the fact that you are trying to enter a username that already exists – please use your email address as your username
I forgot my password.
You can reset your password by following this link: https://elearnconnect.com/my-account/lost-password/. An email will then be sent to you via the system and it will ask you if you have requested a password reset. In this email you will see a purple highlighted link – you need to please click on this to reset your password.
Do I register separately for every course?
No. You only register yourself once. If you would like to sign up for another course, simply click on the course and select the action “Take this course”.
Please note that the Modules need to be completed in the correct sequence, starting with Module 1 Part A.
I cannot progress to the next slide.
At the end of each module you will find a survey section – the survey is not compulsory but does contain a purple button marked as “MARK AS COMPLETE” that needs to be clicked on. The system will then allow you to progress to the next Module.
Can I reprint my certificate or update details on my certificate?
We are transitioning from issuing four certificates for the Prerequisite Course Modules. Previously, one was able to download a certificate for each completed module. With the current system, participants must complete all modules in sequence, and only then, would one download a master certificate of completion for the Prerequisite Courses- Introduction to Political Studies.
If you have not received this email for some reason, you can login to your profile and click on the module 4 that you have completed. You will then be directed to a page with a purple button “DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE”. It is important to note that all details added upon registering will appear on your certificate, if for some reason anything is misspelt or left out, please contact us with your Full name, Surname and ID number so that we can assist with the corrections.
How does the payment process work?
There is no charge for the ANC courses.
