Course Overview: This online course provides an overview of ethical standards that apply in agriculture, and the content is aligned to the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI) and SIZA ethical standards as well as international labour organisation (ILO) requirements. The course uses a practical approach to compliance and continuous improvement of ethical practices on farms.
It focuses on the standard requirements, policies and procedures required to be in place, management systems, and ways to support improvement. The course has been developed by industry experts who have worked in the field of social compliance for over 10 years.
