Course Overview: Managing absenteeism provides an in-depth overview and effective strategy on how to reduce and manage absence in your organisation or department. The course takes you through an introduction and guideline on how to measure and monitor absence, how to deal with different types of absence, and how to be proactive in managing absence in your business.

A 1% absenteeism reduction can provide significant cost savings for a business, organisation or public sector department. Jeremy Chennells has over 30 years of experience in the labour field and has designed this course using his practical experiences in a wide range of sectors; from agriculture to manufacturing, government and the NGO sector. The course has applicability to any organisation, large or small, public or private.

Assessment information:
• There is a quiz at the end of each module which you need to pass to continue the course.
• A pass mark of 70% is required for each quiz at the end of each module.
• A candidate has 6 months to complete the course.

Certificate: A PDF certificate of completion will be issued on successful completion the course.
